With over two decades in the construction industry, John J. Keich's experience includes high-level positions at several prominent development firms in Chicago. He has gained expertise in a variety of areas including acquisitions and entitlement, purchasing, construction, construction efficiency, scheduling and logistics, value engineering, and program management. As President of John James Construction, Inc., his main focus is construction operations management, construction cost control and pre-construction feasibility. His passion lies in urban renewal and redevelopment, and he has been a vital part of many of Chicagoland's renewed neighborhoods.
Tim Driscoll, Director of Construction

Tim Driscoll has 20 years of experience in construction and general contracting. Tim's years of experience range from carpentry to customer service to construction superintendent to project management. He has managed over 20 large-scale commercial and residential projects. He coordinates and supervises all construction activities, directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship. He manages all site quality and safety issues, on-site schedule management, staging and logistics planning, subcontractor coordination, and job site record-keeping.

Alison Lev has over 10 years of experience in administrative roles in real estate development and general contracting in Chicago. Alison has extensive knowledge of construction purchasing, contract management, and construction draw accounting. She has worked in these capacities on more than 25 projects. She has also worked for one the top Chicago real estate developers focusing on homeowner closings and new-home buyer design selections. She has also taken on projects involving City of Chicago construction programs, such as the Affordable Requirements Ordinance, Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises and City Residency Requirements.

Ted graduated from the University of Illinois College of Architecture and Art. He worked for Sears Roebuck and Company for 35 years. He served as Manager of Store Planning, Construction Manager, and Master Planner for the corporation, and Corporate Architect for Sears World Trade. His retirement from Sears has brought him to John James Construction, Inc. as Purchasing Manager.
Franklin A. Martin, Senior Advisor
For more than 35 years, Frank has been a community developer, home builder, and development consultant. He is known nationally as one of the pioneers of the conservation-based approach to community development. He has been responsible for new residential developments valued up to $1 billion, and has overseen the development of several award-winning communities that include Urban Land Institute's Award for Excellence. Frank was a founding member and chairman of ULI's Environmental Committee in the mid-1990's, and served as chairman of their National Sustainable Development Council. In addition, Frank has served as a consultant to several financial institutions in the Chicago area, and is a licensed real estate broker.
